RESPONSABILITATI

Role: active supervision and collection of due receivables, execution of a regular system for the collection of outstanding receivables. Customer contacts via outbound and inbound calls.

Responsibilities:
- Provides first line credit and collection services through telephone, fax & email;
- Uses knowledge and system resources to walk through customers and verify symptoms and issues;
- Maintains and administers customer account database through system tools;
- Ensure required information is entered into central database pertaining to customer issues or requests;
- Individual transaction management based on client agreement


CERINTE

- 2 years experience in customer service (phone support) and/or collections - is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good English skills required;
- Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages: Spanish, German, French is required
- Proficient in the use of MS Office;
- Motivated and team player;
- Problem solving, persistence and reliability are required for this position.
