Our client is a US based company, the world's leading supplier of office products and an industry leader in every distribution channel including stores, direct mail, contract delivery, the internet and business-to-business electronic commerce.
- Customer relationship management in a remote type of operation;
- Participate in daily credit/collections or accounting activities;
- Handling complex client relationship situations;
- Build strong communication and close working relationship with the clients;
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.
- University degree (economics is an asset);
- Practical experience in activities that implies relation with customers/ accountancy/ back office activities/ call center activities;
- Very good language skills both written and spoken in Dutch;
- English as a second language required;
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Strong customer driven focus;
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
