RESPONSABILITATI

This is a management role with responsibility for the profitability, client satisfaction, operational delivery, growth and development on a number of key client accounts. The role holder will operate across the Managed Services group, drawing on technical, operational and support resources to deliver within agreed deadlines, resolve client issues and conflict, implement improvement processes and drive revenue and profitability of the account(s). The role holder should be business focused with experience of working across teams and processes, with a good understanding of IT Management.


CERINTE

The role holder should be aware of industry skills such as ITIL and Prince 2 and he should be familiar with technical concepts and principles and able to communicate these at a conceptual and business level to senior staff internally and externally. Also, the role holder should have previously worked on a commercial role or should show strong commercial awareness.

The role holder should be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in support and managed services operations, from Service Desk responsibilities to technical specialist teams
• Management of customer relationships, expectations and definition of service levels
• Experience in Customer Care techniques/skills and implementation of such programmes
• Management of technical change – must be highly proficient
• Experience in change and conflict management
• People Management skills
• A strong understanding of the relationship between IT and Business

It is highly desirable that the role holder has previously held a similar role in an IT Services environment. Other desirable experience would be a background in supplier management, IT Management or Consultancy.
