Our client is a US based company, the world's leading supplier of office products and an industry leader in every distribution channel including stores, direct mail, contract delivery, the internet and business-to-business electronic commerce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manages a team of 12, 13 Team Leader's;
- Developes and coordinates the activities associated with a specific region/country;
- Coordinates the account relationship;
- Liasing between Finance Director and Shared Service Center;
- Reviews and recommends objectives and procedures for operational activities;
- Monitors client satisfaction and collects feedback.
- Excellent English/German/Dutch language skills both written and spoken;
- University degree (preferably Economics);
- At least 4 years experience in the relationship management field, preferably in a similar environment;
- Broad understanding of finance and accounting processes;
- Experience in working with Key Performance Indicators;
- Strong customer driven focus;
- Experience in leading large groups of people, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
