RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

Assisting in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
Training the Finance Unit and implementing new working procedures in order to achieve the wanted results;
Working closely with the Managing Director on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships;
Ensuring adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits;
Providing the Managing Director with an operating budget in order to ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support, and
compliance with all contractual and programmatic requirements: interpreting legislative and programmatic rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all national, local and contractual guidelines, ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel and monitoring compliance;
Overseeing the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets;
Overseeing all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants;
Developing and maintaining systems of internal control to safeguard financial assets of the organization;
Monitoring banking activities of the organization and ensuring adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs;
Supervising and assisting in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the
staff;
Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensuring a disaster recovery plan is in place;
Preparing reports as required from the top management of the group.


CERINTE

Requirements:

Completed studies in Economics;
Computer literacy – MS Office: Excell;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial field;
Advanced English – speaking and writing.
