The Change and Configuration Manager coordinates, consults and provides input with regards to changes in the delivery of technology services.
1. Change management
- Responsible for assessing the impact on Infrastructure change requirements and prioritising changes based on business needs.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a process to consistently record, assess and prioritise change requests.
- Responsible for managing and disseminating relevant information regarding changes.
2. Liaison-role with vendors
- Responsible for discussing changes and a change calendar with vendors.
- Responsible for identifying where changes require additional SLA's / contracts.
3. Liaison-role with the service management organisation
- Responsible for delivering change reporting, consulting on changes and change planning.
- Responsible for defining and communicating change standards.
- Education level: Bachelor of Science (BSc).
- 3-5 years of experience, with a solid IT and Infrastructure background.
- Experienced as Team Leader / Manager
- Familiar with ITIL framework and practice
- Project Management experience in Infrastructure projects would be a plus
- Able to negotiate with internal and external vendors
- Fluent in English
- Available for extensive travel in Romania and abroad.

The Shared Service Centre will be responsible for functions of finance, operations and IT departments and will include all ING Insurance Central Europe countries (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania). The reason for building a Shared Service Centre is to improve customers service and value for money by simplifying, standardising and, to certain extent, centralizing ING ICE service activities, and moreover running these activities like a business by delivering services to internal customers at a cost, quality and timelines that are competitive with alternatives.
