- Receives payments from clients;
- Checks the invoices in specialized application;
- Provides the receipts to clients;
- Performs comments in the specialized application related to payments received, data and number of issued document;
- Fills in the cash journal at the end of each day;
- Performs a summary report of received payments;
- Sorts, counts and binds the received money;
- Sends the summary report to e-mail at Headquarters and to the Bank on a daily basis;
- Delivers the cash journal and the money to the Cash Collector; fills in and signs the payments file.
- University degree (economical field would be an advantage);
- Excellent analytical and attention to details abilities;
- Very good teamwork and communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Good command of English.
