The role is mostly outbound based, however, some inbound duties may be required at times.
This is a customer contact position with no selling involved.
Some experience in a customer service environment
Confident telephone manner
English language at fluent level
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office at basic level
Non native speakers must have experience in either living, or working in an English speaking environment for at least 3 months.
