Lead a team of engineers doing software development for video-based driver assistance systems and products based on mono, stereo or surround view camera systems.
-Software development using C/C++ as main programming languages. Software development using Python, C# or Matlab, as secondary programming languages for specific tasks. -Coordinate the implementation of software components, software tools, software communication modules (Ethernet, CAN) and internal visualization/display frameworks for facilitating the driver assistance systems development and large-scale validation of driver assistance systems.
-Organize the set-up and maintenance of continuous integration & evaluation systems (Jenkins, automatic builds, automatic testing & evaluation).
University degree in computer science, automation, electronics and telecommunications, informatics, mathematics or comparable.
-Minimum 5 years of software development experience. -Strong problem-solving skills. Strong analysis and synthesis skills. High perseverance, initiative and attention to details. -Self organized and able to estimate, prioritize and schedule tasks and to make decisions in complex situations and changing conditions.
-Experience with software documentation and versioning tools.
-Advanced knowledge in object oriented software design, development, and C/C++ programming language.
-Image, video and signal processing knowledge.
-Real-time software development and multithreading. -Strong algorithms and data structures background.
-Willingness to undertake longer business trips to Germany for training and project work.
-Target, process and quality orientation.
-Fluent in English.
Advantages:
-Computer vision or 3D graphics experience.
-Knowledge of one of the following languages: Python, Matlab, C#, scripting (shell/PowerShell, Peri).
-Experience with driver-assistance systems.
