- university degree;
- long term experience in the following fields:
- C++, Visual C++, DCOM, MFC, SQL, UML (for C++);
- C#, .NET Framework, ADO.NET, SQL, XML, UML (for C#);
- Java, J2EE, EJB, SQL, XML, UML (for Java);
- project manager experience;
- English and Hungarian knowledge (for Java);
- English and German knowledge (for C++, C#).
