Partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs
Owning parts of major project deliverables such as Requirements Document or the Conceptual Design Document.
Act as the liaison between business/user group representatives and system development personnel during development efforts.
Responsible for prioritizing requirements based on business benefit/impact and cost
Develop and conduct QA acceptance testing, test plans and test scenarios
Define curriculum, design material, and train end users on new or existing applications
Provide EMEA Level 2 Support for multiple core applications
Ensure that all incidents have been properly logged, categorized and documented
Managing all incidents escalated by Level 1 Country Support and provide updates on the status of incidents reported
Is a member of the Aon EMEA Broking Applications Competency Center
Reports to the EBACC Service Delivery Manager
3+ years relevant Business (Systems) Analyst experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Team Player
Solid analytical skills
Complex problem solving and decision making skills
Results oriented
A self-starter requiring minimal guidance
Experience in reporting and data analysis activities
Previous experience in the international environment
Familiarity with systems development lifecycles
Familiarity with requirements gathering and process flow diagramming
English plus one other European language
Project management knowledge would be a plus
Experience in the insurance industry will be considered an additional advantage.
