Business Analyst

LiveRail is seeking a talented, self-motivated Business Analyst to join our Product team. You will work with a high-caliber team to help build the world’s most advanced video advertising solutions. Through collaboration with engineers and feedback from external and internal customers on needs and usability, this role will participate in product strategy/planning, and will be responsible for translating market needs into new product definition and supporting the development of new applications for existing products.


Job Responsibilities:
• Supporting client during the specification phase providing functional and system relevant input to help the client to make the right decision.
• Collaborate with development team on roadmap, new product opportunities, product introduction and product releases
• Write product requirement documents and help define messaging on key product capabilities and develop business cases for future products
• Participate in formulating application/feature/enhancement specifications that address needs and requirements expressed by customers
• Elicit input from internal groups and customers about product needs and requirements
• Quickly become expert in major industry technologies, companies, and terminology
• Develop and implement processes and infrastructure to scale customer operations
• Introduce new LiveRail products and features to clients and educate on best practices
• Compose and communicate information about technical issues, solutions, and other broad technical communication
• Interact on regular basis with Technical Account Management, Sales and other internal groups regarding client support and issue resolution
