- Assures the organization and the development of the branch according the company’s policies
- Represents the company among the local business and administrative area
- Administrates the local budgets and he assures an optimal usage in order to fulfill the monthly/ biannual/ annual financial objectives
- Keeps contact and provides support for the department managers when needed
- Develops strong professionals teams and motivates them in order to reach the activity objectives
- He provides consultancy concerning the services to the clients and negotiates with key accounts
- Keeps a strong relationship with the company’s clients and finds methods to increase the customers satisfaction
- Stays in touch with the supplies providers, negotiates contractual terms with them and takes the best decisions in such collaborations
- Maintains a strong relationship with the head office, providing the activity and financial reports to the top management
- Analyzes the activity of the branch, finds improvement solutions and creates the necessary conditions for their implementation
- Experience on a leading position – auto vehicles area of activity is an advantage
- Educational background in a technical area – auto engineering preferred
- Solid knowledge of English language and PC use
- Driving license
- Capability to effectively lead, develop and motivate teams of professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid awareness about the customer service impact on the business development
- Strong leadership skills
- Decision making, organization and negotiating skills
