The RESPONSABILITIES include but are not limited to:
· Manages activities covering warehousing, after sales organizing, transportation and developing the logistic distribution network.
· Develop the clients portfolio
· Establish and develop long term partnerships with the clients;
· Coordinate and motivate the local team;
· Maintain good customer and supplier relationship;
· Follow up on: performance, quality, efficiency, cost, profit.
· Security and housekeeping;
· Organize required resources;
· Providing sales leads;
· Maintain and support WMS;
· Review the performance of direct reports and support direct reports in their review process of the team members;
· Ensure an efficient communication process between the different departments and with the external partners.
· Ensure the running, organizing and functionality of the branche with maximum of efficiency, by implementing development strategies and coordinating the activity of the employees;
· Responsible for accomplishing the company’s objectives with the means defined within the budget, on the most efficient way, respecting the company’s quality rules and specifications;
· Experience in a similar position – minimum 3 years
· Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively direct the company's logistic operations in order to maximize revenues and profits
· Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
· University degree;
·Good command of English
· Performance and client oriented;
· Oriented in finding solutions;
· Driving license B category.
