RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology

- Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization

- Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes, setup, validate and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact

- Build Process Excellence culture in the team and drive productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives

- Support Transition team in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processes

- Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization

- Conduct Quality Awareness, Lean and Green Belt Trainings within the organization

- Coach & Mentor Green Belts and Project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives

- Conceptualize and complete Black Belt [BB] projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes

- Fulfill the requirements and Achieve BB Certification within 18-30 months


CERINTE

- Demonstrated ability to drive Process Improvement and Lead Change

- Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others] – Application & Execution

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills – including PC proficiency

- Demonstrated Project Management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks

- Problem Solving Approach – including Logical thinking and Systems oriented mindset

- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and communications skills at all levels

- Ability to work in Matrix Organization and Global Cross-functional Teams – including strong Influencing skills to drive change management
