RESPONSABILITATI

- Execute tasks according to Control Plan and WI.Perform line, EWAK and 0 Series releases.
- Properly document results using the tools provided. Suggest improvements to documentation procedures. Present relevant results during Shift Handover and to management
- Sign AWP related ALR documentation for line releases, EWAKs and 0-series if requirements are met, otherwise highlight deviations. Provide summary of deviations and EWAK / 0-series result to management
- Use, set-up and if necessary maintain required test equipment according to specifications and instructions. Keep overview on available equipment and request replacement / repair or capacity increases if required
- Track workload of team, assign tasks to team members and make prioritizations when required
- Act as mentor for Junior and Level 1 AWP operators. Delegates and names AWP2 as mentors for Junior and AWP1
- Keep contact with with the EWAK and 0 series teams and checks and release new lines or products. Align activities with other shift groups via AWP shift leaders
- Lead shift handover meetings and
- ensure found deviations are properly communicated to taking over shift group (leaving group)
- ensure handed over deviations are followed up (coming group)
- Create and distribute shift reports
- Check and confirm that documentation if up to date. Update and maintain documentation if required
