- Organize the agenda of the Department Manager
- Offeres administrative support
- Prepare and translates documents in English and German language as per general specifications and under due considerations of Bosch business processes for signature
- Conceives and writes documents, report, minutes
- Answer, makes and connect phone calls and gives information forward
- Compile reports, prepare data as per instruction
- Perform calculations and orders for the Department Manager or department need
- Sort and distribute post associated documents supplement and distribute after responsibilities and priority
- Agree and track deadlines (e.g. with open point list)
- Obtain and manage information from other parties
- Attend to visitors (e.g., customers...)
- Support area specific tasks
- Manage and organizing the Department related tasks
- Organize and settle trips as per current directives
- University degree, preferably in economics or technical/engineering studies
- Previous experience in a similar function
- Multinational environment exposure
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- English and German language is demanding
- Structured, diligent, well-organized and team-oriented performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
