Due to business expansion, an opportunity exists to join our Central European Asset management team.
Based in our Cluj office, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the management of our geographically diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and logistics properties.
Skills: In addition to having excellent negotiating and customer relations skills, the candidate should have clean driving licence; high level of competence in report writing, Powerpoint, Xcel, and Word, and Property Management softwares.
Languages: Fluency in both written & spoken business English required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar position
