1) Organizarea activitatii echipei din subordine;
2) Supervizarea activitatii reprezentantilor de vanzari (rapoarte, proiecte de motivare, training);
3) Solutionarea problemelor aparute in derularea activitatii;
4) Managementul relatiilor cu clientii cheie;
5) Propunerea de solutii pentru optimizarea activitatii;
6) Permanenta actualizare a informatiilor despre piata locala;
7) Colaborarea cu celelalte departamente pentru desfasurarea in bune conditii a activitatii;
8) Dezvoltarea retelei de clienti;
1) Experienta minim 3 ani in vanzari domeniul FMCG, minim 1 an pe o pozitie similara (Supervisor)
2) Studii superioare finalizate
3) Abilitati dorite: de comunicare, intelegerea psihologiei clientilor si profilului consumatorului, spirit de echipa, punctualitate, corectitudine, gandire analitica, capacitatea de a lua decizii corecte indiferent de imprejurari.
4) Carnet de conducere categoria B - cu experienta relevanta
5) Cunostinte operare PC - MS Office
