Purpose of the job:
As a sales manager in world class sales team, you are expected to meet the requirement, to reach the monthly target and to give our members high class service as well as a positive contact. You are operating sales activities to private people and companies in the neighborhood, according to our values.

Expectations on a sales manager:

Attitude: together with the club manager, you are implementing the spirit and standard of the whole team. We expect you to lift up your colleagues, contribute to a positive work environment, be a role-model and create safety in the team. To meet new tasks and systems with a positive attitude is an expectation.

Member focus: you need to see sales activities and services from the members/potential member’s point of view. We expect you to understand that service and sales are the same thing. It is important for you to have knowledge and a demonstrated interest in our product.

Profitability focus: we expect the sales manager to see his/her role in relative to the profitability requirement for the district.

Sales: we expect the sales manager to be targeted, competitive and proactive within world class sales procedures.

Structure and clarity: the sales manager should use a clear communication and radiate confidence and competence in their daily work.

Main tasks:

• Collecting leads
• Active appointment booking by phone and emails
• Stands on the field
• Company on sites
• Implement booked meetings
• Tours
• Take care of walk ins
• Plan and follow up your own work
• Miscellaneous tasks from your closest managers
