In order to sustain our forecast growth for the next years, our Support department is expanding.
This is the team of professionals responsible for facilitating the daily software development activities in our company.

As an Administrative Officer, you will be a valuable member of this department given that you will be mainly in charge of the logistics and infrastructure needs, essential for efficiently running our business.

You will be responsible for the purchase, inventory, and supervision of all logistics-related aspects, and also for a proper infrastructure system.
Formulation and implementation of various standards and procedures, data processing, documentation and reporting will also be key responsibilities of your job.

Along with an understanding of such responsibilities, you should be aware of the legislation requirements,
various work operations and services involved, and their impact on our company core activities.


CERINTE

We believe that, in order to best accomplish your responsibilities, you must have:

- Good knowledge and ability to handle the building facilities (security, electricity, airco, heating, elevators, plumbing)
- Administration, workplace safety regulation (PM), fire safety regulation (PSI) and logistics knowledge and experience
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Clean criminal record
- Type B driving license
- Good command of spoken and writen English
- Continuous involvement and commitment
