RESPONSABILITATI

Your main responsibilities will cover:

- Leading the sub-process area and manage the Accounts Payable team performance in accordance with the owner's process objectives;
- Maintaining good working relationships with all process owners and other SSC teams;
- Supporting other team leaders for resource planning, management and operator development;
- Delivering service and report monthly performance in accordance with the Service Level Agreement;
- Recruiting and training new Accounts Payable operators and motivating them to achieve individual and team objectives;
- Maintaining and improve internal Customer Service standards.

Our client is looking to bring on board experienced Accounts Payable Team Leaders skilled in taking charge of the Accounts Payable function and recognized for delivering exceptional customer service and motivating others to complete the Process Team for a brand new Shared Services Center in Cluj.

We will be happy to meet you if you have:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in team management role in a Shared Service Centre or Outsourcing environment as Team Leader;
- Proficiency in English (a must) and French/Italian/ German and other European language;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- Good understanding of internal controls, Financial Process Design and Risk Management;
- Excellent overview of how individual finance processes fit into overall process and service delivery;
- Strong knowledge on the application of accounting tools and IT systems;
- Fully operational in Business Planning and Implementation.
