The role:
• Compiles financial information and assists in the preparation of reports
• Record in the books the accounting transactions of our customers
• Prepare and submit monthly tax returns, financial statements, management reports (computation of VAT, WHT, VIES, D394 statements and checking of the D112, D100 statements)
• Monthly closing of the general ledger accounts/ performing month-end/annual closing according to local and group’s deadline
• Organizing, leading and finalizing year-end inventory count
• Assure that all records, transactions, reports, operating practices and documentation are in compliance with Romanian regulation
• Provide assistance and advice to in all matters regarding accounting / financial issues
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Technical requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience on a similar position; experience in a performing environment would represent a plus;
Economic degree
Analytic and fast;
Excellent planning and timeliness skills;
Computer literate: MS Office and Internet, excellent level of Excel usage required;
Fluent in English; German is a plus
