Developing and maintaining partnerships with clients to increase business and client satisfaction;
Coordinating, together with the implementation team new account implementation, including controlling all internal and external resources;
Dealing effectively with client complaints and issues by escalating to the appropriate person and by taking the appropriate action when necessary.
Measuring and tracking financial performance against forecast and budget.
Coordinating a team of account trainers, mentors and supervisors.
BA degree - economics or engineering;
3-5 years related experience in the Call Center industry;
3-5 years previous Product and Client responsibility
Minimum of 3 years previous people management experience;
Experience in managing a budget and the ability to analyze statistical information;
Fluent in English ( Italian or Spanish is a plus).
