RESPONSABILITATI

Based on project specifications main responsibilities will include:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls (Customer Care, Telesales/Telemarketing)
- Handle emails/faxes/data base entries for the customer accounts allocated
- Interface between the Processing Center Representatives and the Clients


CERINTE

- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude
- Excellent English skills (both in speech and in writing) – American accent preffered;
- Punctuality and ability to multi-task
- Excellent typing and computer skills (MS Office required);
- Prior experience in a call-center environment preferred;
- Self-motivated and a team player;
- Economic studies represent a plus.
