Candidates??? requirements:
We are looking for candidates with fluency in German plus:
Graduation in respective field as domain of job position; MBA would be an advantage.
??? 2+ yrs of experience in team handling for projects in BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry.
??? People Management ??? Coaching and Mentoring skills
??? Project Management skills with skills on time and budget control,
??? Communication and presentation skills,
??? Excellent PC skills (MS Products specifically)
Responsibilities:
??? Open incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool
??? Check the supplier data and details in the ERP system
??? Enter correct data into workflow tool
??? Sorting of invoices Request rescan for unclear images or uncomplete invoices
??? Send invoices back to suppliers
??? Handle a team of 15-20 associates, servicing either multiple clients, products, regions or all
??? Identify recurrent problems/issues in Operations and resolve
??? Maintain discipline and positive behavior / environment in the team
??? Participating in selection of new team members or hires within Genpact
