For our automotive customer we are looking for an experienced project / tool engineer to perform an integration role on a medium term project in Shanghai (12-18 months)
-Communication with the customer, with customer¿¿¿s request and specifications
-Management of the team members, and coordination between China,India and Europe.
-To define product specification IP + CCB (Instrument Panel & Centre Console & Interior Door Trim)
-Definition of components requirements including critical characteristics
-Maintenance of bill of material (prototypes, series), tracing list of components and action plans in the particular valid systems.
-Set-up and monitoring of tooling schedule
-Follow-up of product validation
-Lead of product change management
-Execution of documentation of meeting minutes, visit minutes and journey minutes and also distribution of the documents.
-Analyze product, define action plan for improvement and implementation of changes in order to ensure product quality in line with customer expectation
- Good knowledge of both GERMAN and ENGLISH languages (technical vocabulary as applied to the job)
Travel expenses to / from China are paid as well as accommodation during the job.
Income in excess of 50.000 euros / yr.
