As our Mechanical Supervisor you are among the first to arrive at a job site and the last to leave. You plan and schedule work and keep records of the progress made. You provide leadership, direction and technical guidance to your team and you are monitoring subcontractors to ensure conformity to planning, specifications, regulations and contract. You organize and participate in meetings, take minutes and prepare reports and documentation on timing, cost and quality. You will report to the Site Manager and cooperate with other disciplines. Do you have an education as mechanical technician or a qualified apprenticeship with specialization in welding techniques and technology? Does your experience now span ten years with large multinational mechanical construction projects? And are you familiar with the codes, standards and quality assurance related to the erection of mineral and metal processing plants? Do you have experience in final assembly of large plate work and rotating equipment? And did you develop management skill to drive projects even under harsh and difficult conditions?
