Our client, Valeo, a French production company , supplier to the automotive industry - supplying components with developed software, directly to car manufacturers is looking for Software engineers, with the following responsabilities:
* Creation of software components for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS - e.g. Automatic Emergency Braking, Intersection Assist, Traffic Jam Assist, Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control,...)
* Usage of real-time operating systems/environments
* Cooperation with test department - testing of algorithms on company test track near Prague
* Technical communication and documentation (SW requirements, SW architecture and low-level design creation) in English language
* Work with content management system (versioning, life-cycle management, ticketing)
* Master degree in the field of SW or Cybernetics or Robotics or Control Theory
* 3 + years practise in automotive ECU SW development
* Experience and good knowledge of C/C++
* Fluency in (technical) English language (German highly advantageous)
* Beneficial is experience e.g. with: embedded systems, software quality management, formal development process (V-cycle), CAN, FlexRay, AUTOSAR, MISRA,...
* Experience in automotive development is highly appreciated
* Personal responsibility and proactive approach to problems
* Position also suitable for fresh-graduates with above-average results and relevant extra-curricular activities
