My client, ZF, is a leading worldwide automotive supplier for Driveline and Chassis Technology with 117 production companies in 26 countries. The ZF Group employs a workforce of about 70,000 employees, with approx. 30,000 employees working abroad. ZF generated a revenue of 12.9 billion euros in 2010 and is one of the ten major automotive suppliers worldwide.
To the soonest starting date ZF is looking for a Manager SW Test Department (m/f) in one of their Czech production sites.

- Organization and Coordination (managing) of a department (team) with 20-25 engineers, who are specialized on Testing (HIL /SIL) for embedded S/W-products, which are used with ZF's various automotive driveline components

- Development of process- and workflow models according to general automotive standards (CMMI, SPICE, ISO/FDIS 26262) in cooperation with our Q-engineers

- Optimization of the correlated tool chain for automatized (HIL-)testing in order to support the above mentioned processes and workflow models in the most efficient way


CERINTE

- Several years of experience with embedded S/W development and/or -testing in the automotive sector

- Knowledge of quality evaluation and quality management methods as Automotive SPICE

- Experiences with methods and standards for risk analysis and safety management (ISO/FDIS 26262, ASIL, IEC 61508)

- Open minded and pro-active personality, good communicative skills (used to discuss/negotiate with customers)

- Experiences with project management and leading of (small) teams will be helpful

- Advanced language skills in English and/or German (>= B2)
