In the frame of a new challenging project in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we are searching motivated candidates to build teams of customer support specialists for our clients, European leaders in their domain (transport, airlines; finance and insurance, etc.)
After a deep and high-class training, you will be the competent contact person for communication with customers, collaborators and other internal and external actors via a variety of different media channels. You will conduct consultancy talks on the phone, give information, use tools you will be trained for and apply all your communication abilities and skills to perform efficiently your role.
• Excellent German (Mostly spoken)
• Excellent English (Spoken & written)
• Basic PC skills
• Good communication skills
• Service orientation and/or customer orientation, strong team spirit and self-organization
• Stress tolerance and reliability
• Flexibility for work in shifts (shift of 8 hours, total working time of 40 hours, 5 days week)
• Willingness to learn
