- Registers contracts in the SAP based on certain technical cost allocation rules
- Register invoices into SAP observing correct assignment to contracts/purchase orders
- Responsible for submission of invoices to payment, according to payment terms from contracts/purchase orders
- Responsible for maintaining correctness of registrations
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting of still to be received out of each ongoing contract/purchase order
- Responsible for Internal report based on Internal cost allocation requirements.
- University degree in Economics
- 3-4 years experience in accounting (Asset Accounting and Accounts Payable)
- Computer proficiency
- Fluency in English
- Able to analyse transactions from financial, accounting and fiscal perspectives
- Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-organized, team-oriented
- Initiative and positive attitude.
