- Cooperates with sub-companies during contract negotiations;
- Carries out construction reports, main reports, and current budget planning;
- Leading and developing of local commercial personnel.
- Experience in carrying out Construction projects (making and checking of the invoices, purchasing of a material, reporting the project development, executing payments, guarantee);
- Flexibility, team spirit, ability to promote himself;
- Fluent in German or English;
- PC skills (MS-Office);
- Degree in Commerce or Constructions;
- Good communication skills;
- The ability to analyze data, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
- The ability to think logically and solve problems;
- Driving licence: B;
- Highly motivated, self-dependent, organised.
