RESPONSABILITATI

-Carries out the assigned projects;
- Evaluates and help determine appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project;
- Divides all required construction site activities into logical steps, budgeting the time required to meet established deadlines.
- Oversees the selection of general contractors and trade contractors to complete specific pieces of the project;
- Determines the labor requirements and, in some cases, supervise or monitor the hiring and dismissal of workers;
- Overseeing the performance of all trade contractors and are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule.
- Directs and monitors the progress of construction activities, sometimes through construction supervisors or other construction managers;
- Overseeing the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; and the quality of construction, workers productivity, and safety;
- Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and, depending upon the contractual arrangements, direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations;
- Tracking and controlling construction costs to avoid cost overruns.
- Analysis and evaluation of the project development;
- Collaboration in obtaining construction authorisations and permits;
- Cost control to meet the budget and the schedule;
- Assistance in any technical aspect of the assigned project development.


CERINTE

- Extended experience in specific construction field;
- Flexibility, team spirit, professional appearance & attitude;
- Fluent in German or English;
- Good PC skills (MS-Office).

STUDIES:
-University degree: Construction University – Railway Construction Faculty;

SKILLS:
- Good understanding of contracts, plans, and specifications, and to be knowledgeable concerning construction methods, materials, and regulations;
- Minimum 5 years of experieence in Railway Project Management;
- Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling and cost estimation;
- Flexible and effective in a fast developing environment;
- Decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays;
- The ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems, is essential, as is an understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings;
- Good oral and written communication skills are as well important as leadership skills;
- The ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
- The ability to think logically and solve problems;
- Care for details;
- Driving licence: B;
- Loyal, highly motivated, organised.
