For one of our clients, we are looking for an Executive Manager in Campina.
Manage and motivate staff;
Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements;
Plan and implement advertising and promotional strategy and activities;
Ensure that adequate stock is available at all times;
Develop the business and all operations (renting spaces, negotiating contracts);
Open new business lines.
Marketing or Business Administration Education;
3-5 years experience in sales field (experience in FMCG is a plus);
Empathic communicator;
Planner;
Team player;
Fluency in English.
