For one of our clients, a group of companies active in civil engineering and urbanist projection, we are looking for a General Manager in Campina.
Developing the business and all operations;
Participating in public auctions;
Supervising the team in preparing the auction documentation;
Assuring relationship with the authorities;
Negotiating the contracts;
Opening new business lines;
Adapting product to specific demands;
Managing the team in local company.
Business Administration or Civil Engineering Education;
7-10 years experience in civil engineering and urbanist projection area;
Proficiency in English;
Available to travel;
Administrative skills, initiative and proven experience in team management.
