- Direct and coordinate the organization's financial and accounting activities in compliance with legal provisions;
- Report to management regarding the finances of the company;
- Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments;
- Responsible for development of the accounting policy, internal control procedures, supervising and coaching to accounting team;
- Preparing and analyzing balance sheets and profit & loss accounts, turning this information into reporting packages for management and head office;
- Coordinate corporate tax calculation and prepare tax returns, (VAT return) ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements;
- Supervize monthly and early closure;
- Responsible for reconciliation and valuation of inventory;
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs;
- Represents the company in relation to fiscal and government authorities and manage fiscal control processes;
- Supports the external auditors in the process;
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Economics Sciences;
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting area and minimum 3 years in management positions;
- Experience with complex financial/accounting environment and international exposure;
- MS Office, ERP knowledge represents a great advantage;
- Very good command of English,
- Must be able to handle multitask, time management.
