- to coordinate purchasing activities for allocated projects/domains
- market investigation
- to draw up and to issue Request for Quotations for the suppliers
- commercial negotiation, finalizing commercial aspects of the acquisition
- to evaluate acquisition projects/commercial offers and to propose short list and final recommendation
- to finalize acquisition contracts and to follow the project transfer from asub-department to another
- to coordinate and to control suppliers in contract execution
- to act as single point of contact for commercial and contractual issues for supplier
- to draw up forecasts on future acquisitions
- to offer support for the internal customer regarding the relationship with the supplier
- to edit periodically the reports requested from him/her
- to offer support for purchasing administration team regarding the accrual calculation
- University or College Degree (technical area)
- at least 2 years of experience on a similar position
- experience in commercial and acqusition domain
- tecchnical knowledge
- to be familiar with the juridical aspects of an acquisition process
- PC skills (MS Office)
- good knowledge of english/german
- preferrably driving licence - B class
- no criminal record/no penal, criminal prosecution
We are an Austrian company, located in CALARASI. Our factory produces plywood and blockboard both for the internal market and for export.
