- Contribute to the establishing of yearly sales plans and targets within the assigned territory, according to PMT overall strategy;
- Coordinate the Distribution Sales Supervisors in order to ensure the proper implementation of the annual sales plan;
- Define the coverage and product distribution objectives, KSIs and volume forecast, in order to maximize sales and market share
- Monitor sales cycle brand communication activities and manage implementation of consumer promotions;
- Ensure that relevant business plans are developed for the most important local key accounts;
- Perform regular market visits and provide consistent market and territory reports and analysis in order to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement and to implement strategies.
- University degree;
- 3-5 years of sales field experience, preferably in an FMCG environment;
- Ability to lead and motivate people;
- Strong achievement orientation and teamwork & cooperation;
- Analytical and communication skills;
- Availability for domestic travel;
- Driving license (min. 1 year experience).
