- Ensures supply acitivities;
- Examines estimates of material, equipment, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Contributes in setting up safety inventory levels, implements reliable receiving of inventory information and initiates orders to restore safety levels (if applicable);
- Reviews specifications, prepares bids and tenders, sends progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required, to higher hierarchical levels.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Purchasing
- Univeristy degree (Economic/financial or technical background)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills;
-Good command of English; some German and Italian is a big benefit.
-Ms Office: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point;
-Advanced Internet skills (ability to search relevant information).
