Collaborating with other departments for the elaboration of projects, feasibility studies and technical solutions, and also for estimating necessary budgets for each investment project;
Applying company procedures for making the rentability studies and opening credit lines;
Elaborating bid documentation with technical specifications necessary for offer requests;
Ensuring compliance with company technical specifications for all investment works;
Collaborating with the Acquisitions Department, suppliers of equipment and services, design and research institutes;
Participating to the negotiation of contracts;
Ensuring technical documentation and spare parts for every investment work;
Communicating permanently with construction teams on site;
Signing for the reception of equipment required for the investment works;
Signing for the reception of investment works;
Participating to the training of users when the work is finished;
Ensuring the maintenance of installations and equipment, in compliance with environmental legislation.
- Technical university degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Installation fields;
- Previous experience in managing industrial investment projects;
- Results oriented and ability to comply with deadlines;
- Ability to identify problems and to come up with appropriate solutions;
- Fluency in English or French.
