For our client, one of the most important companies from the tissue paper production industry, we are looking for a Production Manager, in Calarasi.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the production process, reducing costs wherever possible and making sure products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Coordinating and monitoring the specific processes
Working closely with the other managers (financial, sales, procurement, and logistics) in order to implement the company’s policies and goals.
Analyzing, planning, directing and coordinating the production activities within the allocated business unit.
Researching, analysing and monitoring market factors and activity to capitalize on product and brand development.
Identifying and exploiting new product initiatives.
Monitoring multiple processes with different machines which function at the same time.
Background in engineering and good knowledge of quality and management systems.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in engineering field and 4 in management.
Previous experience in managing production activity in an industrial field.
Proactive and results oriented person
Responsible and flexible person, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a team in order to achieve overall plant objectives.
Good English communication skills both written and oral.
