- Propose activities in order to ensure the implementation and achievement of yearly sales plans and targets for all distributors in the assigned area;
- Define & monitor the distributors’ objectives, KSI and forecast, manage the distributors’ inventory and create all necessary conditions for maximize their shipment volumes;
- Supervise the sales team in order to ensure the achievement of sales objectives at the retail trade and strategic outlets level;
- Together with the Regional Distribution Supervisor prepare, negotiate and implement business plans with the local wholesalers; create excellent business relationship with local wholesalers;
- Provide consistent market and territory reports and analysis in order to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement and to implement strategies.
- University degree;
- Min 2 years of sales field experience, preferably in an FMCG environment;
- Ability to lead and motivate people
- Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking
- Strong achievement orientation and teamwork & cooperation
- Analytical and communication skills
- Availability for domestic travel
- Driving license (min. 1 year experience).
