RESPONSABILITATI

-Analyze operations to evaluate performance of the department and its staff in meeting objectives, and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change
-Direct, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and activities of department or businesses involved in, in order to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity
-Prepare budgets for approval,
-Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
-Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with distributors and other collaborators
-Review reports submitted by staff members in order to recommend approval or to suggest changes.
-Appoint department heads or managers, and assign or delegate responsibilities to them.
-Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans and activities, the selection of other high-level staff, a.o.


CERINTE

- minimum 3 years experience in a similar position -sales and management, also in the building materials field,
- bachelor degree in economics or tehnics
- very good managerial skills,
- very good communication and negotiation skills,
- driving licence,
- good English skills.
