- Implement the Safety Standards
- Visual Safety Mangement
- Organize and check the proper usage of the safety tools/devices/equipment for the Employees and Contractors
- Safety Training of Employees and Contractors
- Safety Reporting
- Put in place a system for checking the issuance of Special Working Permits
- Maintain the relationship with the local safety authorities
- Coordinate the activity of the all Site Safety Managers in Romania
- Supervise the issuance and approve the Internal Safety Rules &Regulations for each site
- Safety Risk Assessment for each working place
- Put in place a Safety Mentality &Behavior Change System
Our client, a multinational FMCG company is looking for a Safety Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Engineer
- Min 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably food industry
- Safety &Security Classes – min 240h certified program
- Experience in a similar position for min 1year
- English – advanced
- Computer literate
- Communication skills
- People Management
- Well organized
- Other Requirements: a)Travelling availability b) Position located in Buzau
