Our client, is specialized in design and manufacture of tubular process fired heaters, cracking furnaces and reformers dedicated to the hydrocarbon industries. In order to support their strong growth in the domestic & international business, they require talented professional for the Quality Control Responsible Position in Buzau. The new employee will be responsible for planning, organizing and control of the Control Quality Department. He will ensure consultancy and technical advice.
Responsabilities:
- Responsible for technical quality control of raw materials, parts and assemblies of entire manufactory;
- Responsible for controlling the reception - if the products meet the prescriptions received; informs management of the company in case of rejection of large quantities from supplies;
- Responsible for organization of quality control at all stages of technological process;
- Ensures subordinate staff tools measurement and control equipment to work in optimal conditions;
- Takes measures such as delivery of products to meet customer quality and be accompanied by documents attesting the quality;
- Proposes measures against those responsible for damages and ensures communication quality in the department.
Required experience and necessary knowledge:
- Technical University degree;
- Control quality experience in steel structure is an advantage;
- Knowledge of legislation, standards and procedures in quality control in activity (ASME, PED);
- Knowledge of industry and drawing on materials used in metal fabrication, practical experience is an advantage in an industrial furnace manufacturing company or an assembly site for the refinery industrial furnaces, or steel structures;
- Ability to speak English, French (is an advantage);
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, AUTOCAD knowledge;
- Resistance to stress and work under pressure, strong organizational and detail orientation skills and good communication skills.
