- Organize and manages the production flow covering, planning stage, meeting delivery times and ensuring pre approved quality levels .
- Supervising all staff in the production (supervisors, feeders, work study ).
- Managing the Floor Production Manager whose team ensure that the production lines are operating in a balanced way according to the production plan and achieving expected quality levels.
- Manages the Technical Manager in charge of technical procedures, the pre – production and Gold Seal stages, AQLS and bridging the sample room stages with production to confirm that quality levels are achievied .
- Daily coordination with the Cutting room ( a shared service) manager for all the relevant styles to arrive in the production lines on time, as well as to meet the quality standard , allowing the increase of the productivity and quality in line.
- Ensuring that records for all technical files, changes of technological processes, changes of patterns, grading, are being kept correctly.
- Ensure adequate communication between the maintenance and production teams in advance for any machinery which does not work properly.
- Ensure that Capacity, Quality and efficiency targets have been achieved according to the budget.
Knowledge:
- Technical relevant experience in production flow and operations.
- Good knowledge on pattern, fabric, trims accessories.
- Good command of English.
