For one of our clients, multinational company leader in the production of malting barley, we are looking for a Logistic Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the General Manager of the company in his every day activities and organising the agenda;
- Preparing reports, taking minute meetings and appointing the official meetings;
- Elaborating official letters and translating documentation;
- Communicating with customers concerning planning of malt deliveries;
- Managing custom clearance and import-export administration;
- Drafting, administrating and registration of barley and malt contracts relevant to logistics department;
- Elaborates statistics of barley purchase and sales.
- University degree (preferably technical or economical)
- Minimum 2 years of experience;
- Familiar with the use of office equipment: PC (MS Office), photocopier, fax machine;
- English spoken and written – advanced level;
- Dynamic, analytical, proactive and organised person
