Responsibilities:
- assisting in defining short and long term manpower plans;
- identifying training needs and development plans (recruitment and selection);
- managing all logistics aspects of training programs organized both internally or externally;
- implementing the induction program for all new employees;
- developing and implementing procedures for performance review system.
- university degree and minimum 3 years experience (multinational company);
- good knowledge of personnel management and labor laws;
- fluency in English and proficient in MS Office;
- very good communication skills, open-minded, dynamic, team player;
- strong people management and organization skills, strategic thinker;
- good listener, common sense of thinks.
