Our services include middle and top management recruitment, both at the national and the international level, coaching and restructuring projects.
Our client, is specialized in design and manufacture of tubular process fired heaters, cracking furnaces and reformers dedicated to the hydrocarbon industries. In order to support their strong growth in the domestic & international business, they require talented professional for the Deputy Manufactory position in Buzau.
The main responsibilities are the following:
- Coordinates and ensures the entire process of manufacturing production, in accordance with the objectives, schedule and quality standards of the company (organizes the receipt of technical documentation submitted by the Technical Department and supervises the administrative activities of the subordinates, provides technical assistance to leaders of groups and subordinated workers) ;
- Provides technical conditions necessary to achieve organizational production rules, in compliance with all safety rules; proposes solutions to improve the technological process and takes measures to ensure the exhibition material manufacturing process without interruptions.
- Coordinates, together with the director of manufacturing the company's manufacturing workshops.
Required experience and necessary knowledge:
- Technical University degree;
- 5 years experience in a position of manufactory manager, engineering, or a launch environment within a multinational environment ;
- Strong written and spoken English skills; French is an advantage ;
- Ability to work under pressure, excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of legislation, standards and procedures in company activity (ASME, PED);
- Knowledge of industry and drawing on materials used in metal fabrication;
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, AUTOCAD knowledge.
